Missionary Survey

The following questionnaire has been designed to be thorough, yet easy and brief to complete. It is designed to be efficient with the missionary’s time. We are NOT looking to disqualify missionaries, but rather, we want to get to know them and be well fitted together with them in the Lord’s work.

None of us at East Side would answer these questions exactly the same. We give one another great liberty in the Lord here in our Body, and we fully extend that same liberty to each missionary. Please have your heart at rest in the Lord before answering questions. Please, do not answer for effect, but rather from the heart. Each question is intended to be answered quickly, with as little hesitation or explanation as you feel possible. Each missionary answers to his own Master, and certainly not to any perceived scrutiny from us.
